Emergency Reporting

Emergency imaging is now an increasingly important requirement for urgent reporting.

Road traffic accidents where often whole body scanning is necessary, and prompt imaging of the brain in suspected stroke are just two examples where emergency reporting is mandatory.

Many of our core radiologists are now working part time for the NHS or had even been considering retirement earlier than originally planned.  However, Doctorum’s model allows improved remuneration for such work, without risk of conflict with current contractual NHS requirements or the risk of fatigue and burn out, with fewer mistakes.

This complies with existing working time directives and effectively offers genuine additional reporting capacity to the NHS.
