About Dr Chhabda

Dr Sahil Chhabda is a consultant neuroradiologist in the Department of Neuroradiology at the Atkinson Morley Regional Neurosciences Centre, St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, where he was appointed as a substantive consultant in August 2021. He also holds an honorary consultant appointment at Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust.

He graduated from the University of Exeter in 2013 with a first-class honours intercalated BSc and a BMBS with distinction. He completed his clinical radiology training on the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital training scheme, obtaining Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR) in 2018.

His subspecialist training in neuroradiology was through the pan-London fellowship, during which he gained experience at leading neurosciences centres including the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square, Great Ormond Street Hospital and St George's Hospital.

His clinical practice encompasses adult and paediatric neuroimaging. He is a core member of the skull base, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) disorders and complex spine multidisciplinary teams, providing specialist radiological expertise to support clinical decision-making, and he performs a wide range of minimally invasive image-guided spinal interventional procedures.
